Our office hours are Monday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Tuesday 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Wednesday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday closed, and Sunday closed. Walk-ins are welcome during all open hours.

Do you have evening hours?
Yes. On Tuesdays we are open from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm for patients who cannot come during the day.

Do I need an appointment?

Can I be seen the same day?
Yes, in most cases. We welcome walk-ins during open hours and do our best to see everyone the same day.
How long is the wait?
Wait times vary by day and how busy we are. Walk-ins are seen as promptly as possible. For an estimate before you come in, call 740-501-0639.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Call or text 740-501-0639 as early as you can and we will take care of it. Advance notice helps us offer the slot to another neighbor.
What if I am running late?

What should I bring to my visit?

Is there paperwork to fill out?
New patients complete a short intake form and consent paperwork at the front desk. Arriving a few minutes early gives you time to finish it comfortably.

How much does a visit cost?

Do you accept insurance?
We are a cash-pay practice, which keeps pricing simple and transparent. We do not bill insurance companies directly. We can provide a superbill, which is an itemized receipt, on request. You may submit it to your insurer for possible reimbursement.
Do you take Medicaid or Medicare?
We do not bill Medicaid, Medicare, or any insurance plan directly. We are a cash-pay clinic with visits starting at $45. We can provide an itemized superbill on request.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit and debit cards, HSA and FSA cards, and local checks.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. We accept HSA and FSA cards for eligible services.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is an itemized receipt of your visit that includes the information most insurers need for an out-of-network reimbursement claim. We can provide one on request. Whether you are reimbursed is determined by your insurance company, not by us.
Will my insurance reimburse me?
That depends entirely on your plan and its out-of-network benefits. We can give you a superbill to submit, but the reimbursement decision is made by your insurance company.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected at the time of your visit.
Will I get a surprise bill later?
No. You pay at the time of your visit and you will know the cost before services are provided. We do not send surprise bills.
