Our home · built from the mill

A little piece of
Centerburg history.

Centerburg grew up around its feed mills in the 1800s — the beating heart of a farming town where neighbors gathered, traded, and looked after one another. That same spirit lives in our walls today.

When we built the clinic, we brought the mill inside: the reclaimed timber from those old mill boards now clads our reception desk and shelves, paired with warm wood floors and a friendly red door — the same red as the heart in our name. Every knot and saw mark carries a bit of this town's story.

It's care that feels like coming home — unhurried, honest, and grounded in the community we're proud to serve.

An itemized receipt is available at the desk if you wish to seek possible out-of-network reimbursement from your plan.

Office visits

Visit pricing is based on time, not on whether you are a new or returning patient — the fee is the same on your first visit and every visit after. When clinically appropriate, a 30-day prescription for your regular medications may be written as part of your visit. Tests, treatments and procedure supplies are added only when they are used.

  • Level 1 (1–15 min) $45 Up to 15 minutes with the provider — a focused evaluation for a single, straightforward concern such as a sore throat, UTI, earache or medication check. New or returning patients.
  • Level 2 (16–30 min) $75 Up to 30 minutes with the provider — an extended evaluation when your visit covers more than one concern, needs more time, or includes a minor procedure. New or returning patients.
  • Minor procedures (Level 2 visit) $75 + supplies Toenail removal, skin tag removal, lancing & packing a boil, laceration repair with more than 3 sutures, and corneal abrasion care are performed as Level 2 visits. Treatment supplies used during the procedure — such as lidocaine, dressings and packing — are added based on what is used.
Methylcobalamin B12 service

Methylcobalamin B12 is offered as its own wellness service, not an add-on. First-time processing is $45. Established patients returning for methylcobalamin only are $30 — no separate office-visit fee is added on top.

  • Methylcobalamin B12 (first service) $45 Processing visit and methylcobalamin. This is the service itself, not an add-on to a separate evaluation.
  • Methylcobalamin B12 (return) $30 For established patients here only for methylcobalamin. The $45 processing fee is not charged again.
